#mbf Beachbody Results | Honest Review of Beachbody’s mbf Program

mbf Beachbody Results and mbfa Beachbody results- There’s a new workout program in Beachbody town- muscle burns fat! Megan Davies’s newest program is Muscle Burns Fat & Muscle Burns Fat Advanced aka #mbf and #mbfa. It’s an intense, challenging, and rewarding workout program that is recommended for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. However, there are modifiers so even beginners can get into this awesome program and see results.

Don’t think that modifications will hinder your results because they won’t. Modifications are not for weak people, they are just better ways to complete a workout move if y0u have any physical issues, such as sore knees. You’re protecting yourself when using the modifications and as you crush those, you can use them less if you’d like to try that out. mbf Beachbody program is a great program for all fitness levels thanks to available modifications.

About the Program mbf and mbfa (Muscle Burns Fat & Muscle Burns Fat Advanced)

This has been my second workout program with Beachbody and I have to admit, I was a little nervous about it. I had only completed Country Heat and other than that have not worked out (consistently) in years. To go from cardio dance moves to weight lifting- was a big change for me. And a challenge, which I welcomed.

#mbf lasts three weeks and it consists of pretty intense daily workouts six days a week with Sunday being the stretch and recovery day. Muscle Burns Fat workouts are 25-35 minutes. The next phase of the program is #mbfa and it’s similar to #mbf in that it also lasts three weeks. However, the moves and workouts are intensified. Be prepared for leg day on Monday in both programs. Also, Muscle Burns Fat Advanced workouts are 25-40 minutes.

Megan is great at keeping people motivated, I thoroughly enjoyed and looked forward to my workouts each day. Even though they whooped my butt! It was a lot of fun challenging myself, and especially seeing my awesome results. You really don’t feel like you’re stuck working out and dragging on, these workouts are intense and they fly by!

How to Access mbf and mbfa

The program is currently available in the Beachbody on demand library, and you can purchase a challenge pack and get started right away. I purchased the Annual Beachbody On Demand Performance Pack which came with full access to the Beachbody library on demand for a whole year as well as instant access to #mbf and #mbfa.

My performance pack also included a BOD rope (the only equipment you need for this program besides dumbbells and mat), Beachbody Performance Energize, and Beachbody Performance Recover. I received full access to Beachbody on Demand for a year plus a month’s supply of performance products. What an amazing deal! You can also choose the Shakeology pack or the deluxe pack that comes with a month’s supply of Shakeology and Performance products. Plus a shaker cup.

That’s an amazing benefit of Challenge Packs and Performance packs- you can get so many goodies for a great price. It’s also a fun way to try out products and figure out which ones you like the best.

The challenge packs also come with access to Beachbody Nutrition programs and recipes. It’s a great way to get started on your fitness journey and help you to stick with it.

The photo below is my progress. The left photo is on day 1 of Muscle Burns Fat and the right photo is the final day of Muscle Burns Fat Advanced. When I started #mbf, I weighed 146lbs. Upon completion of Muscle Burns Fat and Muscle Burns Fat Advanced, I weighed 142lbs. Losing four pounds and gaining muscle has given me more energy and confidence. I also lost several inches. My mbf and mbfa results have been absolutely amazing.

If I can commit to a workout program and achieve these results, so can you! Before discovering Beachbody I hated working out and I mean that I absolutely dreaded it. It’s now something that I look forward to each day and I’m grateful that I have the opportunity to change and improve my life, in less than one hour each day.

After completing my workout each day, I feel energized and so much better. I have a positive mindset and attitude and I believe in myself. I know I can do this, and you can too! The only thing that you have to lose is not giving yourself a chance. It’s highly likely that once you start working out regularly and form the habit, you’ll start seeing results and enjoying it.

There are so many amazing workout programs to try and I definitely recommend mbf and mbfa. If you’re a beginner in the fitness world, there are modifiers that you can follow and still complete the program. You’ll get stronger each time that you finish the program and it’s such a rewarding experience when you knock it out. What will your mbf results be? Already completed the mbf Beachbody program? Be sure to take before and after pictures and measurements so that you can track your progress before, during, and after the program. Sometimes the scale doesn’t tell the whole truth, and we feel like we haven’t achieved much. However, pictures and measurements tell it all. And if you’re showing up and completing your workout each day, you’re doing amazing.

If I had not taken pictures before I started working out, I would sometimes doubt my own progress. However, the proof is in the pictures.

I absolutely recommend giving Beach Body’s #mbf and #mbfa a try if you’re ready for an exciting change.
